Delete your Cura account

You can delete your Cura account and your personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1. Delete inside the app (fastest)

Open Cura on your phone and go to Profile → Delete account. Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account, profile, survey answers, routine, saved products, fit analyses, Ask Cura transcripts, and any face-scan-derived analysis are removed.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app, you can request deletion by writing to contact@curaventuresgroup.com from the email address on your Cura account.

Please include in your email:

  • The email address used for your Cura account
  • The phrase "Please delete my Cura account"
  • Optionally, the reason (so we can improve the app)

We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask one verification question to confirm you are the account holder, so that nobody else can request deletion of your data.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record and authentication credentials
  • Your profile reading and routine
  • Your survey answers
  • Your saved products and routine assignments
  • Your personal product fit analyses
  • Your Ask Cura conversation history
  • Any face-scan-derived analysis on your account

What we may keep, and for how long

We may keep limited records where the law requires us to or where we need them to protect Cura and other users:

  • Payment and accounting records for up to 7 years (UK accounting and tax law)
  • Security and fraud logs for as long as reasonably necessary
  • Anonymous, non-personal product catalogue data that was never linked to your account

Subscription

If you have an active Cura paid subscription, deleting your Cura account does not automatically cancel the subscription with Apple or Google. To stop billing, cancel your subscription in:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cura → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Cura → Cancel
